NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
LANTERN GREEN PROPERTY OWNERS, INC.

The Annual Meeting of the LANTERN GREEN PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. has been scheduled for Thuesday, April 17th, 2012 beginning at seven o'clock PM. It will be held at the Cabarrus Shrine Club, 1418 Oakwood Avenue, in Kannapolis.

There will be a Social proceeding the meeting beginning at 6:30 PM.

It is important that there is a quorum present in order to conduct the meeting. The Bylaws state that to constitute a quorum, members may be present in person or represented by proxy. We hope that you will plan on attending in person, but if you cannot, or are unsure, please complete the form that was recently mailed to your residence. The form should then be mailed to the following address:

If you submit this form, and later find that you can attend the meeting, the form will be withdrawn at the meeting.

At the meeting we will be voting for the 2012 Board of Directors. The Nominating committee has placed the following names into nomination:
